Long May She Reign runs in the Marriott Atrium Ballroom at 2:30. Taking it means never leaving the Marriott between Galactica and Resident Alien, at the cost of the only SG-1 cast hour of the day.
Casper Van Dien, Denise Richards, Dina Meyer, Jake Busey, and Michael Ironside hold the Atrium Ballroom at 5:30 for the 30th anniversary. Same hotel, bigger room; the line forms as Resident Alien lets out.
Marriott-carpet attire, dancing T-Rexes, googly eyes: the wackiest costume contest of the weekend, Courtland Grand Ballroom A–F, 7:30 to 9. It is the one venue off the indoor route, so budget the walk both ways.
10 Forward Party (Marriott Imperial Ballroom, DJ Yehtee) and The Last Party on Alderaan (Hilton Salon) both run 10 PM to 2 AM. Either one replaces the Game Show and Rocky Horror with a single long room and no queue.
Ballrooms clear between panels. The next official line forms only after the current audience is seated. Follow volunteers; unofficial hallway lines are not honored.
Peachtree, Linden, Andrew Young International, and Peachtree Center Avenue are barricaded from about 7:30 AM to 1 PM, and shuttles are rerouted. Stay on the Hyatt–Marriott–Peachtree Center–Westin indoor spine until the roads reopen.
Wear it visibly for every function and hotel checkpoint. Saturday badge pickup runs 8 AM–9 PM at the Courtland Grand. Masquerade registration for Sunday closes at 5 PM at the Hyatt contest desk.
