One Hyatt ballroom holds Bo-Katan, the Firefly crew, and SG-1 back to back, then a charity auction, a pageant, and the Masquerade—the day the whole con sits down together.
Your choice updates the route and the 10 AM card in the main questline.
Battlestar Galactica: Evolution puts Olmos, McDonnell, Callis, Helfer, Park, and Douglas in the Westin Peachtree Ballroom at 11:30. Taking it costs you the Firefly line: the Westin lets out at 12:30 and Centennial II–IV is a hotel and a half away. Resident Alien (Marriott Atrium, no Tudyk or Staite today), Lower Decks (Hilton Salon), and The Boys with Jack Quaid and Tomer Capone (Marriott Imperial) sit in the same slot.
Jess Bush and Celia Rose Gooding hold the Hilton Salon at 2:30, and The Rookie cast (Shawn Ashmore, Melissa O’Neil, Richard T. Jones, Lisseth Chavez) takes the Marriott Atrium. Either one means leaving the room you already hold; SG-1 is the last Stargate cast hour of the weekend.
Dominic Keating, Anthony Montgomery, and Connor Trinneer answer questions in the Marriott Atrium at 4, the same hour the Dragon Awards go live in Centennial I. The Don S. Davis auction runs until 6:30, so you can do an hour of either and still bid on something Stargate-shaped.
Attack of the Celebrity Improv (Courtland Grand, Capitol Ballroom, 8:30) and Captain’s Log Trek improv (Hilton Grand East, 8:30) have no ballroom queue, and the Masquerade is simulcast to the Marriott Atrium overflow room at the same hour. From there the High Fantasy Goblin Ball (Marriott A601–602) and Klingon Karaoke (Hilton Galleria 2–3) both run 10 PM to 12:30.
Ballrooms clear between panels. The next official line forms only after the current audience is seated. Follow volunteers; unofficial hallway lines are not honored.
Bo-Katan, Firefly, and SG-1 all run in Hyatt Centennial II–IV, but a seat does not carry over. The room empties after each hour and the next line forms in the corridor, so be first out the door and first back in it. Firefly will be the longest line of the day.
The largest audience of the weekend sits down at 8:30 in Centennial II–IV. The line starts forming during the dinner hour; the Marriott Atrium overflow room shows the same feed with no wait. Masquerade photos follow at 11 in Centennial I.
Rooms and casts move without notice on the last full day. The official app and the Daily Dragon change log outrank this itinerary at the door; Monday is a half day, so what you skip today is mostly gone.
