Mark Meer, Logan Jenkins, Dot R. Steverson, and Dad’s Garage perform at the Westin. It sacrifices a reliable Costuming Contest seat because that line can form while D&D is underway.
TV fork5:30 PM
Firefly over your 4 PM anchor
Jewel Staite, Gina Torres, and Summer Glau appear in the Marriott Atrium Ballroom. Treat this as the afternoon destination: reach the Marriott around 4 PM and join the official line after the preceding audience seats.
The line is an event
Ballrooms clear between panels. The next official line forms only after the current audience is seated. Follow volunteers; unofficial hallway lines are not honored.
Keep the route indoors
Hyatt, Marriott, Peachtree Center, and the Westin form the core of this plan. Use connected indoor routes where practical and budget more time once the evening crowd lands.
Badge is the key
Wear it visibly for every function and hotel access checkpoint. Friday badge pickup runs 8 AM–10 PM at the Courtland Grand if you still need it.
